  1. Before you start. This short walkthrough shows how to prepare your Azerbaijan e-Visa application on evis.az. All details shown are examples.
  2. Travel details. Choose the nationality on the passport you will travel with. Select your visit purpose and visa start date, then choose Standard or Urgent. The price appears before you continue.
  3. Personal details. Enter your names exactly as shown in your passport. Add your date and country of birth, sex and occupation. Review each field before moving on.
  4. Passport copy. Enter your passport number, issue date and expiry date. Follow the minimum-validity note. Upload a clear JPG, JPEG or PNG of the complete passport photo page, including the machine-readable lines.
  5. Contact details. Add your contact number, permanent address and email. Use an inbox you can access. Enter the full address of your accommodation in Azerbaijan.
  6. Before payment. Check your details and read the terms. Use Save & continue to review your application before payment, or add another traveller. Confirm the final package and total before you pay.

Personal information

Enter your passport details and upload a clear copy of its photo page.

Use the surname in your passport. Leave blank only if your passport has no surname; do not enter FNU, XXX or a dash.

Enter every given name from your passport, separated by spaces. Use the Latin spelling in its machine-readable lines.

Date of birth

If your passport shows only the birth year, choose XX for both day and month.

Enter the place shown in your passport, if stated.

Include all letters and numbers, without spaces or symbols.

Your passport must be valid for more than three months after the e-Visa expiry date.

Upload one clear JPG, JPEG or PNG of the full passport photo page, including its machine-readable lines. Maximum 10 MB.

Contact details

Add your contact details, permanent address and address in Azerbaijan.

Include the country code.

Enter your complete permanent address using Latin letters, including city and country.

Application updates and the issued e-Visa will be sent to this address. Check it carefully.

Enter the full address of your hotel or other place of stay in Azerbaijan.
