Read those labelled entries in the current passport, using the Latin spelling in its machine-readable lines as the form requests. A compound name or several family names should be reviewed in context, not reduced automatically to a first and last word or rearranged from a social account.

Use the passport document number in the passport field. CPF and an RG or other identity record are different identifiers. Keep the identity-page image open while checking the number, name, date of birth, issue date and expiry. If a name changed after marriage or another legal event, settle the current passport and booking details before submitting a visa application.

Review the visa details before payment rather than relying on a correction procedure for another document.

Avoid mixing Brasília embassy requirements with the e-Visa form

The Azerbaijani Embassy in Brasília describes a consular process that includes an application, original passport, photographs and supporting documents. It also discusses categories such as multiple-entry and transit visas. Those are not interchangeable with the single-entry electronic application offered here.

For this form, prepare the requested passport identity-page image and personal, travel, contact and accommodation information. Do not add an extra demand for a mailed original, separate portrait or consular appointment merely because it appears on an embassy checklist. If the actual visit requires employment, a longer stay or repeated entries, clarify the appropriate permission before choosing this short-visit package.

The embassy also distinguishes diplomatic, service and official passports. An exemption for one of those documents should not be applied to an ordinary Brazilian passport simply because both are issued by Brazil.

Use arrival in Azerbaijan after the long-haul connection

A departure from Brazil can involve multiple flight dates before reaching Baku. Use the local arrival shown for Azerbaijan when choosing when the visa should start. Include any stopover in the review and recheck the date if the airline changes the final connection.

Standard is $59 USD per applicant with a three-working-day processing window. Urgent is $99 USD as a separate total with a three-hour option, including weekends and holidays. Neither amount is a BRL quotation or a fee added to the other package. Your card issuer can apply its own currency-conversion terms; read the payment amount before completing checkout.

Prepare a monitored email before starting the journey. Check the actual issued PDF and print it for the matching passport. A form receipt, payment confirmation or expected delivery time is not itself the permission to enter Azerbaijan.

Check the visa-end-date rule for each family passport

For the electronic visa, the passport must last at least three months beyond visa expiry. This reference date differs from the last day of a short holiday. The embassy’s validity and blank-page advice for a consular process should not be silently relabelled as this e-Visa’s universal rule; check any separate carrier or transit requirement as well.

Each child needs an individual passport record and application. Check the image attached to every traveller and any separate parental travel paperwork relevant to the journey. A single-entry e-Visa does not cover a later return into Azerbaijan after leaving, even when days remain in its 90-day window. If staying for more than 15 days, confirm place-of-stay registration with the accommodation provider.
