The government processing period applies after a complete application reaches the visa system. Payment, document preparation and submission are separate steps. Read the Urgent processing guide if your departure is close.
What the package price covers
Your selected package covers the application service through this website: collecting your travel and passport details, uploading the passport copy, preparing the application record, taking payment and delivering an issued e-Visa electronically. You can review your details before payment and access your application through email verification.
The $59/$99 totals are evis.az package prices, rather than a government fee schedule. The selected total is shown before payment; our checkout does not add a second government-fee line. Paying for either package does not guarantee approval.
Both options require accurate information and a readable passport copy. Urgent changes the processing option; it does not remove document requirements or change the government decision. See the documents and passport checklist before you start.
Calculate the cost for your travellers
Prices apply to each applicant, including a child who needs an e-Visa. Each traveller needs their own passport details and application. There is no single family price: add the packages for everyone applying.

USD prices and your AZN payment
We display package prices in US dollars. Epoint processes the payment in Azerbaijani manat (AZN), using the checkout conversion of 1 USD = 1.70 AZN. At this rate, one Standard package is 100.30 AZN and one Urgent package is 168.30 AZN.
Check the AZN amount on the payment screen before confirming. If your card account uses another currency, such as INR, PKR, EUR or GBP, your bank determines the conversion and any international transaction charges. Those bank charges are separate from the package total displayed here.
Before paying or requesting a refund
Check your passport nationality, names, document number, travel date and selected package before payment. Use the eligible-country directory to review the passport you will travel with.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the stage of work already completed. A visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Read the Refund Policy for the applicable conditions. For a duplicate charge or an unclear payment result, contact support with your application reference and receipt before making another payment.
Azerbaijan e-Visa cost questions
Is the price per person or per group?
The Standard $59 and Urgent $99 prices are per applicant. For example, two Standard applicants cost $118 USD in total. Each applicant has a separate visa application.
Are government charges added again at checkout?
The selected evis.az package total is converted to AZN for payment. Our checkout does not add a second government-fee line; you can review the full amount before confirming the payment.
Does paying for Urgent guarantee an approved visa?
No. Urgent selects the faster processing option; approval remains a government decision. A complete and accurate application is required for both packages.
Will my bank charge exactly the displayed USD amount?
The payment is charged in AZN. Your bank may convert that amount into your account currency and apply its own charges, so the amount on your statement can differ from a simple USD conversion.
Do children have a separate application price?
A child who needs an e-Visa needs an individual application and package. The same per-applicant Standard or Urgent price applies; we do not advertise a separate child or family discount.
